how can i get in contact with you?
You can contact us via our contact form and we will get back to you promptly.
how does the ordering process work?
As soon as we have free capacities again, products will be set to available. Then you can simply put your desired product in the shopping cart and order. In the next step, you will receive an email from us with the information how you can measure yourself. As soon as we receive your measurements, our work starts and your desired product will be sewn.
were does zk the label ship to?
We currently ship to all countries within the EU.
where does zk the label ship from?
All orders are handmade and shipped from Bad Gastein, Austria.
how long will it take for my order to arrive?
Since all products are produced according to the made-by-order principle, it takes 2-4 weeks for the product to arrive. Once your order is made, you will receive a notification that your order is on its way to you.

who & where produces your pieces?
all prducts are handmade and tailored to your measurements by the owner herself Katharina in her appartment in Bad Gastein.
where are the materials from?
most of our fabrics are produced in Austria. the rest is produced within Europe.
all our fabrics are either bio qualities or recycled.

what size am I?
size YOU!
Since each product is custom-made to your measurements, you don't have to think about what clothing size you are. Each product is tailored to your measurements.

do you offer discounts?
We generally don't participate in sales. However, there will be special deals sometimes, especially for our newsletter subscribers.
returns
what's your return policy?
Since each product is custom-made, we would prefer that you do not return any products.
You have the right to return or exchange your order within fourteen days from the day on which the goods were delivered to you.
Please carefully read our return policy.
what do i do if the product arrives damaged?
We inspect every item before it gets sent to you, but mistakes can happen during production and inspection. If your product is faulty, please contact hello@zkthelabel.com and attach a picture of the faulty product.
are returns free?
No, return costs will have to be paid by the customer.
garment care
how do i wash my zk the label garments?
Please refer to the care guide which we send with every order for detailed washing instructions, or visit the product page of the item you've purchased.
Generally speaking, wash items at a low temperature (30 degrees is more than enough), use non-bleaching, eco-friendly detergent, do not use fabric softeners and please do not tumble dry.
