Welcome to the 14-day self love challenge!
It’s getting warmer & sunnier each day! Summer is coming closer, and so is bikini season. Let’s be honest, some of us still think we need to lose weight to have a summer body, but you don’t need to lose any weight. You have a body and summer is close, that's all you need for a summer body. We need to start accepting ourselves and start loving ourselves the way that we are. So for that, I’ve created a self love challenge for the next 14 days.

Day 14
Selfcare bliss!
Congratulations on reaching the final day of our self love challenge! Today we are taking the time to prioritize your well-being and indulge in self care, which not only nourishes our bodies and mind but also deepens our self love journey.
Pampering yourself is a powerful reminder that you are deserving of happiness and enjoyment in your life. Indulging in self-care activities provides an opportunity for relaxation and replenishment. It allows you to recharge your energy, reduce stress, and cultivate a deeper sense of inner peace and balance.
As we conclude this transformative challenge, let today's task be a celebration of your journey of self love. Embrace the joy, indulge in self care activities that bring you happiness, and carry the spirit of self love and self worth with you as you continue on your path of personal growth and well-being. -
Day 13
Let's connect!
Connecting with loved ones reminds us that we are not alone on this path of self-discovery. Their presence and support can uplift our spirits, offer a listening ear, and provide valuable perspective, affirming our worth and reminding us that we are deserving of love and care.
By fostering meaningful connections, we create a network of love and support that bolsters our self-esteem and self-worth. These relationships remind us of the qualities and strengths others see in us, reinforcing our own positive self-perception and nurturing a deep sense of belonging.
So, take a moment today to connect with a loved one—whether it's a family member, friend, or someone who has touched your life—and express your gratitude, share laughter, or simply enjoy quality time together. Embrace the warmth of these connections and allow them to nourish your soul on this beautiful journey of self-love. -
Day 12
Declutter your wardrobe - How clothes look on you and make you feel often plays a huge role in how you value yourself. So, get rid of everything that doesn’t fit or makes you feel uncomfortable, insecure and unconfident.
Donate it, sell it or gift it to friends or family. -
Day 11
Do a random act of kindness to feed your soul. Small gestures can really brighten a person’s day.
Kindness is a gift that keeps on giving. You’ll be spreading positive energy with a chain of love. What you give will come backt to you!
For example:
- Give an unexpected compliment to a stranger.
- Smile at someone who looks sad.
- Send a message to a friend, letting them know you appreciate them. -
Day 10
Decluttering social media following!
I think we all have seen a post on social media and immediately had the thought "oh, I want to be like that.", but in a jealous way, that doesn't make us feel good about ourselves. So many people tend to compare themselves to people on social media. But let's be honest, most of us only post the best content of ourselves on social media. No one wants so show their bad side.
So today we are going to unfollow accounts that no longer serve our well-being or align with our values. Surround yourself with positive, uplifting content that promotes self-love, personal growth, authenticity and doesn't make you feel bad about yourself. By decluttering your social media following, you create a healthier online environment that supports your well-being and helps foster a more positive self-image. -
Day 9
I love my body!
Wear something that makes you feel pretty! If you wear something you like and feel comfortable in, you’ll instantly feel more confident and so much better about yourself, and people around you will also notice. So let's go and pick out your favorite clothes!
-
Day 8
Dance Party PlaylistDance Party!
Let’s put on your favorite music on maximum volume and dance! A little dance party makes everyone happy. And dancing to your favorite songs is good because it allows you to freely express yourself and embrace your unique movements without judgment. It creates a joyful and empowering experience that promotes self-acceptance and boosts your overall sense of well-being. -
Day 7
I love …
Write down 5 things you love about yourself. Physically or characteristically. The idea of practicing self-love is to appreciate yourself – as you are – body and mind. I know it may be difficult in the beginning but really try and make a list. And repeat the 5 things every time you catch a glimpse of yourself in the mirror or you find yourself saying negative things about yourself.
For example: I love my eyes. I love my hair. I love that I'm spiritual. I love that I'm creative. -
Day 6
Self love yoga session with DianaToday I teamed up with the person who got me into yoga - Diana from “Soulinspired by Diana”. My absolute favorite yoga teacher. I've been in her classes since 2018 - and that's saying something!
Through yoga, you can focus your mind and emotions to find a gentler and more loving way to be comfortable in your own skin. Yoga allows deep internal healing and a conscious space in the day where you can enjoy just being who you are.
That's why there's a little self love yoga session for you today! The following Yogasession is in German, but here's a Link to a self love yoga session in English. -
Day 5
Cook or order your favorite meal!
Today we're going to treat ourselves. Because cooking or ordering your favorite meal supports self love by nurturing and caring for yourself, providing a pleasurable experience that honors your preferences, creativity, and individuality. It allows for mindful engagement and self-expression while promoting a balanced approach to self-care and well-being.
So either cook or order your favorite dish! And do not think about calories or if it’s healthy or not. This doesn’t matter! -
Day 4
Let's meditateI love myself - I love my body - I love my mind - I love who I am
Today we meditate! I’ve recorded a 7-minute Meditation on self-love for you.
Why's meditation good to improve self love?
Meditation improves self love by fostering self-awareness, managing negative self-talk, developing self-compassion, reducing stress, and promoting present-moment acceptance, allowing for a deeper connection with oneself and a nurturing relationship based on kindness and acceptance. Through regular meditation, you can cultivate self-awareness, compassion, and a peaceful mindset, leading to a healthier and more loving relationship with yourself. -
Day 3
Let’s go outside - commit to having no distractions. No phone calls, music, podcasts — just you and the world around you. Take in everything you see, smell, and hear. Be fully present in the moment and the movements of your body. Let's go on a self love walk! Why, you may ask?
First, it's good for our physical well-being. Engaging in regular physical exercise like walking releases endorphins, which are often referred to as "feel-good" hormones. These endorphins can boost your mood and promote a sense of well-being. Second, you have time to reflect. Walking provides an opportunity for solitude and introspection. It allows you to disconnect from the distractions of daily life and gives you space to reflect on your thoughts and emotions. This self-reflection can help you gain clarity, develop self-awareness, and nurture a deeper understanding of yourself, leading to improved self-love. And third, taking the time to go for a walk demonstrates a commitment to self-care. By prioritizing your physical and mental well-being, you are sending a positive message to yourself that you are worthy of attention and nurturing. Engaging in activities that contribute to your overall health and happiness is a powerful way to cultivate self-love. -
Day 2
We often focus on the negative. Yet it has long been known that circling around deficits and constant complaining won't get you anywhere. Positive affirmations, on the other hand, do. Psychological studies at Stanford University prove this: Our feelings, thoughts and actions are connected to each other. Those who permanently change their thoughts through positive affirmations will also change their behavior and emotions over time.
So today I want you to take a piece of paper & write the following Affirmations on it. Then stand in front of the mirror and say those out loud.
- I love myself just as I am
- I love each part of myself.
- I am grateful to be the person I am. -
Day 1
let's be greatful sheetYour Morning Routine for the next 14 days: Grab yourself a notebook or print out the following sheet. For the next 14 days, every morning we’re going to write down 3 things we are grateful for, but it has to be 3 new things every morning. For example: I am grateful for good health. I am grateful for my family. I am grateful that it’s sunny today.
But why a gratitude journal, you may ask. It forces ourselves to pay attention to the good things in life we might otherwise take for granted. In that way, we start to become more aware of the everyday sources of pleasure around us - and so the way we look at our life can shift in positive ways.
